Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 18, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DevUtils ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or tools.

2. Use License & Permitted Use

Our tools are provided for general developer utility, debugging, formatting, and analysis. All code conversion logic executes locally on your device. You are permitted to use our tools for both personal and commercial projects, provided that you do not:

3. Rate Limiting & User Passes

To manage browser performance and local processing boundaries, the free tier of DevUtils enforces soft rate limits (e.g., 3 seconds between tool operations). Users can lift these limits by purchasing a Day Pass ($2), Month Pass ($5), or Lifetime Pass ($29).

4. Payments & Refunds

Pass purchases are processed securely through Ko-fi, Stripe, or PayPal. Since our platform delivers instant digital activation codes and all tools run entirely client-side in your browser, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please verify that the free tier tools operate to your satisfaction before choosing to upgrade.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

StickyCoding is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, uptime, reliability, or safety of the code outputs or parsing logic. Your use of these tools is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any data loss, code damage, or software bugs arising from invalid output formatting or processing errors.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StickyCoding or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits) arising out of the use or inability to use our tools, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
